InternSaathi (this website and app) is a brand of Decent Web Services LLP, LLPIN AAQ-8411, Basement, AT Tower, Juran Chapra Main Road, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842001 ("we", "us"). By registering for an internship you agree to these terms.

• We are an independent internship providing organisation (IPO). We are not part of, or appointed by, any university or college. Whether your college accepts an internship is decided by your college as per its guidelines.
• You must give correct details. Letters and certificates are issued on the details you submit; corrections after issue may take time.
• The Acceptance / Offer Letter is issued after payment and approval by our team. The Completion Certificate is issued only after you complete the required hours, the assigned work and the supervisor's review. False work diary entries can lead to cancellation without refund.
• The Consent Letter (Annexure I) is issued by your college, not by us.
• Online internships need your college's approval where the university guideline requires it.
• Interns must behave respectfully and must not share our or our clients' confidential information.
• Fees are as displayed at the time of registration and are charged in Indian Rupees.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided the Acceptance / Offer Letter has not been issued and you have not started the internship.
• After the letter is issued or the internship has started, the fee is not refundable.
• If we are unable to provide the internship, we refund the full fee.
• If you were charged twice for the same registration, the extra amount is refunded in full.
• To request a refund, WhatsApp or email us with your application number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Privacy Policy

• We collect the details you enter (name, contact, address, college, roll and registration numbers, ABC ID, uploaded consent letter) and your work diary to run the internship and issue documents.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card or bank details.
• We do not sell your data. We share it only with your college when it asks to verify your internship. The public verification page shows only your name, college, a masked roll number and internship status.
• We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your internship.
• To correct your data, contact us. Records connected with issued letters are kept so that colleges can verify them.
